Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage integration projects from conception to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment and business objectives are met.
2. Develop and implement integration strategies and solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and design integration solutions.
4. Oversee the configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of integration platforms and software tools.
5. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in integration management or a similar role.
3. Proven experience with integration platforms and tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or IBM Integration Bus.
4. Strong understanding of API management, EDI standards, and data mapping techniques.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
